1. The Bible is the written Word of God and is in errant in the original manuscript. It is not that it contains the Word of God, which is what the purpose driven ministry believes, but that it is the inerrant Word of God. The scriptures need to be taught and preached expositorily today more then at any other time. The Bible is authoritative in all maters, both historically and practical. What it says regarding science is as true as what it says about us in worship of God. The scriptures need to be at the center of our worship, because it tells us how to worship in the first place. We talk about our churches being Christ centered, but in order to be Christ centered (the Living Word) we also need to be centered on the written Word of God.
2. The Lord Jesus Christ was virgin born, this means that he was spotless from origional sin. Christ not only was he spotless lamb of God, but he had to be in order to bear our sins on the cross. He did not have an Adamic sin natur, because His father was not a man. Jesus is the second Adam.
3. The Lord Jesus is the incarnate Son of the living God and as such is fully God and fully man. This means that He is Jehovah God and as such is the I AM of the book of Exodus.
4. Justification is by faith alone and is a forensic act where by we are declared to be guiltless of origional sin, although we still in practice sin.
5. Sanctifiction is the process by which we are being made to be holy. All believers are saints of the most High God. No earthly body or counsel can declare anyone to be a saint any more then a parent can declare the gender of their children.
6. Salvation is by faith alone in the finished work of Christ on the cross.
